Ingredients :
- 2 cups full Cream Milk
- 2 tbsp condensed Milk (optional, otherwise add 2 tsp of sugar)
- ½ cup Almonds
- 20 Pistachios
- 10 cashews
- ½ tsp Cardamom powder
- Saffron strands as needed
- 2 drops rose water
- 67 ice cubes (crushed)
- 2 tbsp Taj badam pista syrup
Process Steps :
- Soak the almonds, pistachios and cashews in hot water and leave aside for an hour.
- Chop a few almonds and pistachios and keep aside for garnishing.
- After an hour, peel the almonds. Blend the almonds, pistachios and cashews into a fine paste in a blender.
- Add milk, cardamom powder, condensed milk, rose water,taj badam pista syrup and crushed ice and blend again.
- Keep blending until the ingredients have mixed well.
- Taste to check the texture and blend in some more milk or condensed milk accordingly.
- Garnish with the chopped almonds and pistachios.
- Top the milk shake with a few strands of saffron and serve.
